Processing Payments

When you make a purchase through our website the payment is processed by PayPal for credit and debit cards or with Fiserv for EBT SNAP cards depending on the checkout method your choose. The payment is securely handled by our partner companies and none of your information is stored on our website or servers. This is for your safety so that your information can not be stolen. For any issues with processing payments please contact us and our staff will be happy to help.

To Process EBT SNAP payments select the EBT SNAP payment option and enter your SNAP card number. First a balance check will be made and you will see your balance along the total. When you click the 'Check Balance' button you will be prompted to enter your EBT SNAP 4 digit PIN in the secure Pin Pad. If the balance is sufficient enough then you can continue to pay with EBT SNAP, if it is not sufficient you can make a partial payment with EBT SNAP and pay the remaining balance with PayPal using a credit or debit card. When you select to pay with SNAP you will be prompted again by the secure Pin Pad to enter your 4 digit pin to process the payment.
For delivery orders if you do not qualify for free delivery then you must pay the delivery fee with a credit/debit card when paying with EBT SNAP for your food order.

Returns

We are currently not accepting any returns. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are temporarily not accepting any returns until further notice. If you have any issues with your order, please call us and our staff would be happy to assist you if possible, but there are no returns with no exceptions at this time for the safety of our customers.

Delivery

We offer delivery for eligible orders. You can expect your delivery to arrive within 1 to 2 hours after ordering. Delivery
